Creative workshop: Transforming patches of paint

During the visit children will study the works presenting patches of paint which have been transformed by the creative genius of the artist into people, animals and more.
In the workshop they will produce their own patches using different materials and create some surprising drawings!

This fantastical journey will begin in the middle of the works in the Espace Dali, the only collection of its kind in France dedicated to Salvador Dali. The guide will talk pupils through the artist's biography and then present some of his works in more detail, such as the Melting Watches as well as Alice in Wonderland, and explain the techniques of bouletisme and pointillism.
