Have the privilege of passing through the doors and into the world of the great couturier, Yves Saint Laurent.

More than fifteen years after the closure of the haute couture house, the Musée Yves Saint Laurent Paris opened on October 3rd 2017 in the historic hôtel particulier at 5, avenue Marceau, where the creations of Yves Saint Laurent came to life from 1974 to 2002. The couturier’s Studio is included in the museum visit.

From 17 June to 5 December 2021, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum in Paris invites you to discover the fascinating world of fabric and materials at the exhibition "Yves Saint Laurent - Behind the scenes of haute couture in Lyon".

You will see unique pieces, the fruit of exceptional collaborations between Yves Saint Laurent and the greatest suppliers and manufacturers of haute couture fabrics in Lyon. All the secrets of this internationally renowned textile industry will be revealed to you, as well as immersing you in the creative process of this famous couturier!

This visit will allow you to access the exhibition areas before the museum opens to the public at 11 a.m.

Essential information

Health and safety measures related to COVID 19
For visitors over 12 years old, a valid Health Pass (Pass Sanitaire) and an ID document will be required :
• Completion of a full vaccination scheme (1 week after second injection)
• A negative RT-PCR or antigenic test from less than 48 hours
• A positive RT-PCR test result demonstrating recovery from Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old
The Health Pass can be printed or showed on the tousanticovid app. The measure doesn't apply to visitors under 12 y.o.

For everyone's safety, our guides and the Musée Yves Saint Laurent staff will be wearing masks.
Wearing a mask (not provided) is compulsory for visitors over 11 years old, and the tour circuit is designed to respect a one-way traffic flow.
The coatroom is closed and that large bags or luggage are not allowed inside the museum.
