Including welcome, tour, and departure, visitors should plan to spend around 2 hours and 30 minutes on site. After the visit, it is not possible to remain on the site, as Clairefontaine is an active training and working environment. However, visitors may extend their trip with a walk in the Rambouillet Forest or a visit to the town of Rambouillet and its surroundings.

Guided tours are generally offered at the following time slots (subject to change): 9:30 am – 11:00 am – 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Getting to Clairefontaine

Address: Centre National du Football Chemin des Bruyères 78120 Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines, France

  • By car: access via the Hidalgo car park, located in immediate proximity to the site.
  • By public transport: Train line N from Paris Montparnasse to Rambouillet Or TER trains towards Chartres or Le Mans, stop at Rambouillet. Then bus 5334, stop Montjoie (approx. 4-minute walk to the National Football Center).
     

Important information before your visit

  • A valid form of identification is required to access the site.
  • Personal information must be accurately provided at the time of booking.
  • Access to Clairefontaine is strictly regulated for security reasons.
  • Any failure to comply with the instructions given by the tour guide, as well as any behavior that disrupts the smooth running of the visit, will result in removal from the site.
  • Advance booking is mandatory. There is no ticket office on site.
