What can you visit at the Bernard Lapasset National Rugby Centre?
The National Rugby Centre is the official training and living base of the XV de France, as well as the technical centre for the French national teams, usually reserved for players and coaching staff.
During the guided tour, you discover the behind-the-scenes of this unique rugby training centre, combining iconic spaces of French rugby with state-of-the-art high-performance facilities.
You will explore in particular:
- the XV de France living areas, at the heart of team cohesion
- symbolic spaces such as the Hall of Honour
- the training pitches, including the main show pitch (Terrain d’Honneur)
- exclusive areas dedicated to sports performance
Age requirements
The tour is open to visitors aged 7 and above and is suitable for everyone: rugby enthusiasts, families or anyone curious to discover what goes on behind the scenes in top-level sport.
How to get to the National Rugby Centre
Adress: 3-5 rue Jean de Montaigu 91460 Marcoussis France
By car: accessible via the N20 and N118, close to the A10 and A6 motorways. Parking spaces are available nearby.
By train: the Massy TGV station is approximately 13 km away (around 20 minutes).
By RER:
Security
- A valid photo ID is required to access the site. Entry may be refused if identification cannot be presented.
- The visitor information form sent by email at the time of booking must be fully completed with the full name and date of birth of each participant.
- Any failure to follow the instructions given by the guide, or any behaviour disrupting the smooth running of the visit, will result in exclusion from the site.
Opening hours
Several tour slots are available throughout the day: 10:00 - 10:30 - 12:10 - 12:40 - 14:50 - 15:20.
Advance booking is mandatory prior to your visit. There is no ticket office on site.
Duration of the visit
The guided tour lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. However, please allow approximately 2 hours on site, including walking time and a visit to the official shop. The visit does not include extended free time on site after the tour.
On-site services
Official France Rugby Shop is accessible at the end of the visit, offering a selection of products in the colours of French rugby: jerseys, accessories and souvenirs.
Bags and cloakroom
No cloakroom or luggage storage is available on site. We recommend travelling light.
What to bring
As the visit takes place mostly outdoors and involves significant walking, we recommend wearing clothing suitable for the weather conditions and comfortable footwear.
