Arsene Lupin and the Secret of the Opera: An Immersive Adventure at Palais Garnier

Discover your mission at Palais Garnier and dive into a thrilling adventure inspired by Arsene Lupin's world and the last case he couldn't solve. Indeed, Count Cagliostro deliberately left an unsolved enigma within the walls of Palais Garnier. However, during renovation work, documents were discovered: sheet music excerpts and notes from the famous gentleman burglar's notebook. These artifacts will guide you on this quest as you explore the Opera's majestic spaces searching for clues hidden in its architecture, attempting to unravel this mystery.

Your game booklet, serving as a guide, will offer you the opportunity to explore the Opera Garnier's lavish settings. Throughout your journey, you'll admire authentic costumes created by the Ateliers of the Paris National Opera and interact with professional actors in period costumes who bring the venue's history to life. The adventure will lead you to spectacular viewpoints from locations usually inaccessible during the day, offering you a unique perspective of the Grand Staircase. To see and be seen – Charles Garnier, the architect of Palais Garnier, understood this well when commissioned to create this monument that would become one of the world's most famous opera houses. At the end of your experience, if programming permits, you'll enjoy free access to the grand auditorium where you can contemplate its famous ceiling painted by Chagall. Let yourself be swept away into the magic through the history and heritage of Palais Garnier.

The Paris National Opera and the Opera Library Museum regularly present temporary exhibitions at Palais Garnier. Your ticket allows you to discover this collection space at the end of your gaming session. Take advantage of this opportunity to explore temporary exhibitions and discover rich and varied content about the Opera's history. You'll be able to admire unique elements such as iconic costumes, stage accessories, and unpublished archives. This dive into cultural heritage will offer you an enriching perspective on the evolution of lyrical and theatrical art in France.

This was so fun and perfect for a family. Our daughter, 14 enjoyed it but I think even younger children with help of parents could do it as well. Or couples alone! it was challenging but not too difficult. Plus help is there if needed. What a great way to see the Opera house!

An Immersive and Engaging Tour at the Opera

The tour was great. Our family (parents + 3 kids 23/18/16 yo) really enjoyed the visit to the Opéra and exploring the site by this tour. Although there were many people at the location at the same time, it did not bother us much because everyone walked their own tour and pace.
