For children aged 2 to 5 years old, the little ones are also welcome at the museum! Designed especially for them and their parents, these visits are structured in several stages: observation, hands-on activities, and games. A gentle introduction and an engaging way to discover life in a cultural venue.
Please note: accompanying adults pay the activity fee just like the child.
On Sunday, January 18th, Wednesday, April 8th, and Sunday, May 10th at 10:30 a.m., the Adrien Dubouché National Museum invites toddlers to discover The Little Experiments of Porcelaine the Dog. Excited about a temporary exhibition where science, the universe, and energies meet, Porcelaine the Dog has prepared some fun little experiments. Discover them during the visit, then create a volcano with your child using clay!
On Saturdays, February 14th and 28th at 10:30 a.m., reserve your spot for the visit Tournette the Owl Dresses Up for Carnival! This year, Tournette is looking for a new costume. Head to the temporary exhibition “The Energies of the earth” to help find the most beautiful mask. Then, join the workshop to create a mask with your child inspired by the exhibited works!
On Sundays, March 15th and April 26th at 10:30 a.m., book your tickets and take part in the guided activity Tell Me, What Are the Four Elements? Air, water, earth, and fire. These are the four elements, and it is with them that a porcelain object mysteriously comes to life! Explore the temporary exhibition “The Energies of the earth” and then embark on a quest through the four elements. Continue the activity by making a porcelain mobile!
On Saturday, June 6th at 10:30 a.m., join the guided tour A Wonderful Porcelain Garden in the museum gardens. The Rendez-vous aux jardins is also for little ones! Porcelaine the Dog wants to create a porcelain garden. Head to the museum galleries to find his most beautiful flowers, then decorate a porcelain vase with your child to plant some seeds.
This tour is limited to 14 participants, including accompanying adults.
