From 6 years old, children can explore the museum without their parents! Embark on a 2-hour activity including a fun, interactive tour of the collections, followed by a hands-on art workshop, all supervised by a museum guide.
On Wednesday, February 11th at 10 a.m. and Wednesday, April 8th at 2:30 p.m., the museum invites children to the guided tour My Little Magic Talisman. Accompanied by a guide-lecturer, they will discover the temporary exhibition “The Energies of the earth” through dreams and emotions. Between magical objects, witchcraft, and rituals, wonder awaits them. Each child will then imagine and create their own clay good-luck charm!
On Saturday, February 14th at 2:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 25th at 10 a.m., children are invited to take part in the guided activity Let’s Have Fun with Cold Porcelain! Did you know that kaolin, the raw material of porcelain, is non-renewable? Your child will learn the secrets of this material and the solutions developed to create eco-friendly porcelain. Then comes the workshop, where they will create porcelain without kaolin: cold porcelain!
Each visit is limited to 12 participants. Reservations are recommended.
